I decided to take part in #TheReadingQuest and I’m beyond excited! What is The Reading Quest? For all the informations, check out Aentee’s original post, but here’s what this quest is all about:
In this challenge, you’ll be embarking on a journey to conquer your TBR pile through a series of stages. You’ll read new stories, gain experience, and level up a character of your choosing.
The quest takes place between August 13th and September 10th 2017 which is almost a month dedicated to conquer all of the books! I know I’m signing up last minute but this is the only time I had to write this post. Better late than never, right?
All the photos I use in this post are taken from Aentee’s post and are made by CW of Read, Think, Ponder.
Now, in this quest you are supposed to choose between four characters and once you’ve completed all of their challenges, you are allowed to pick another one. First, I’m choosing Knight simply because I like Knight’s challenges the most. When (and if) I complete all the challenges, I will switch to Bard. The second choice might change, but this is how I’m feeling right now.
And most importantly, the board:
And to conclude everything, I’m going to share with you books I plan to read for this reading quest.
KNIGHT TBR:
BARD TBR:
As for the Side Quests, I’m not sure which books I’ll be reading so I won’t set a certain TBR for those. I’ll just go with the flow.
And this is it, my sign up for #TheReadingQuest. I can’t wait for it to begin! I have 3 books on my currently reading list and I know I won’t finish all of them before the Quest starts (I might finish one) so I will waste a bit of time finishing those before I actually get to the ones that will complete the challenges but I’m fine with that since this is quite a long event and I’ll have plenty of time to read the books on my TBR.
Are you going to participate in #TheReadingQuest? If you are, leave a link to your sign up post in the comments, I’d love to see it!
I SO NEED TO DO THIS!!! It’s like combining my loves of reading and D&D.

Thank you! I put A Monster Calls on this TBR completely on a whim because it was the first movie adaptation I could think of 😂
